Rental Terms

1. Eligibility

Renters must be at least 25 years old, hold a valid U.S. driver's license in their name, maintain a clean driving record, and have an active Uber, Lyft, or DoorDash driver account.

2. Rental Period & Payments

Rentals are available daily or weekly. Weekly rentals renew automatically unless canceled. Payment is due at the start of each rental period.

Late payments may result in late fees or early termination of the rental.

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required at pickup. The deposit is returned after the vehicle is inspected and any outstanding charges are settled.

4. Insurance & Liability

The renter is responsible at all times for carrying at least the Texas state minimum liability insurance coverage, whether the rideshare or delivery app is on or off.

Any damage, loss, or liability not covered by the renter's policy remains the renter's responsibility.

5. Vehicle Use

Vehicles may only be driven by the approved renter. The car must remain in the greater Houston area unless prior written approval is given. Prohibited uses include racing, off-road driving, towing, or any illegal activity.

6. Maintenance & Breakdowns

Routine maintenance is included at no cost. Report any mechanical issues immediately. Unauthorized repairs are not reimbursed.

7. Return Condition

The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, less normal wear. Excessive dirt, damage, missing items, or low fuel may result in additional charges deducted from the deposit.

8. Early Termination

Either party may end the rental with notice. Early return does not automatically entitle the renter to a refund of unused days unless agreed in writing.
